Transportable pressure equipment were covered by the EU TPED Directive (2010/35/EU) before the Brexit.
Since Brexit, a new UK regulation has replaced TPED and is called The Carriage of Dangerous Goods and Use of Transportable Pressure Equipment Regulations 2021 (TPE).
Unlike many other areas where the new UK regulations will not be mandatory until 1 January 2025 (or later), the TPE is the only applicable regulation in the UK from 1 January 2023.
